Why to get divided when there is no existence of sects in Islam?

I got some very close friends in Pakistan & India. According to them both, you are a Muslim; follower of Islam, it's not the end-line there, but which sect you follow is the main thing there. If you don't fall under the same sect with whom you are talking about then it may happen even that you are not cordially welcomed by them at all.

I got to know more well, when I watched the video here,

Here, Akbaruddin Owaisi one of the most prominent leaders of All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen is begging votes to the Muslims in the occasion of last general election 2014 of India. Mark that, just at the last moment of his speech he said like to vote for him, whoever you are, whether you are Barelvi or Deoband, as he was there to lift up all Muslim's image & status.

I don't know why we are dividing ourselves basing on some humanly given philosophies, as we all here are directly guided by un-distorted Qur'an and later by concrete Sahih Hadiths. And we can get attracted to any philosophy regarding these things, to any point of view, but we should not declare thus being not get rude of others. Even, we can take one explanation from this scholar then other explanation to another scholar. Why to make differences like other religions? If we do so, then what is remained to be the unique thing among us?

Yes, being a Bangladeshi, I really feel proud that we are not extremely like this, which is completely prohibited in Islam. According to the Holy Qur'an,

"And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided. And remember the favor of Allah upon you - when you were enemies and He brought your hearts together and you became, by His favor, brothers. And you were on the edge of a pit of the Fire, and He saved you from it. Thus does Allah make clear to you His verses that you may be guided." (Surah 'Āli `Imrān, Chapter No. 3, Verse No. 103)

Again, in Surah Al-'An`ām,
"Indeed, those who have divided their religion and become sects - you, [O Muhammad], are not [associated] with them in anything. Their affair is only [left] to Allah ; then He will inform them about what they used to do." ( Surah Al-'An`ām, Chapter No, 6, Verse No. 159)

Lucky we are, indeed. May Allah help us, and make us enable again to get united rather not to be divided.
