At the dawn of 2017: Violence against minority should come to Zero Count

Enamul Hafiz Latifee writes,

As if the ruling government of Bangladesh yet not enacted showing off true zero tolerance towards miscreants who torched houses of Hindu people first at Nasirnagar, Brahmanbaria by blaming a follower of Hinduism with false allegation (https://goo.gl/SguVQo, https://goo.gl/RLYucL) that is now a bit clearer (https://goo.gl/YehMDl), the vandalism coined with intolerable torment goes on,

1. Fresh attack on Hindus in Dinajpur (https://goo.gl/W9kh7g)

2. Hindu temple vandalized, 3 idols smashed in Netrakona (https://goo.gl/l1uq67)

3. Hindu temples vandalized in Goalanda (https://goo.gl/XvQr3c)

After seeing and reading these all, 3 things shook off my mind,

1. Some Bangladeshi people have now become virtual life attention seeker misinterpreting the Personal Branding. And people around us have started doing very weird things to get popularity at any cost. For instance, we have made self-claimed world famous singer Hridoy Hasan (https://youtu.be/5LIkCoUEo4c) to be one of the most popular persons of the year who in real sense completely disrespected girls and devised violence through his lyrics sung. Who knows, Jahangir Alam, who is one of the prime suspects of Nasirnagar Hindu attack, did these things only to get unparalleled popularity in Muslim Community there or not!

2. A "double standard" is deeply rooted into few people's minds here, who try to validate vandalism on Hindus but protests with heavy voice on massive Rohingya Killings of Myanmar. This group of people are spreading manipulated and unauthentic news and photos all over the cyber space with a view to creating social and religious unrest, no idea though whether they are doing it according to their premeditated plans to jolt present government or there is any other apparent- 'micro' cause.

3. Intellectuals are debating here whether we should address Sanātana Dharma followers 'minor' or not in terms of percentage of total population or not by showing undeniable logic at every side, but this debates are going on outrunning the real fact- Hindus are getting tortured any day you could pick now a days here and none is taking any real step but debating with each other with nothing workable and resolvable. Stop the unending sufferings of tormented and oppressed Hindus first, then you may resume this inefficient talks.

An Egyptian Coptic Christian woman sits in the rubble of a makeshift chapel that was torched a few months ago during clashes in the Egyptian village of Ismailia, about 200 miles south of Cairo. Egypt’s Copts, who make up 10 percent of Egypt’s 90 million people, are going through some of their darkest times in recent memory. (KHALED DESOUKI/AFP/Getty Images)

What I find interesting, whether you pick up the cases of Hindus of Bangladesh, Muslims of Myanmar, Christians of Egypt, Buddhists of Indonesia, and many more at every region residing have one thing in common- they are tortured, torched, raped, dismantled, and disrespected to the extreme that they could not protest against and utter a single word even.

Indeed, this the most disgraceful matter we are bearing at the dawn of 2017 as human being. I deeply pray and seek refuge from the evil play of spreading rage into the blood of humankind.
